I updated my BIOS and after the restart, tried to login using my PIN. Got the message in the picture.
Also tried to restart the PC several times, but every time I try to login with my PIN, I get the same message.
Downloaded the Windows Troubleshooter (wu170509.diagcab), ran all the fixes and the program says everything is OK, but the problem still persists, I can't login with my PIN.
I can login using my Microsoft Account, so I thought if I delete the PIN or change my password, I'll be able to fix the problem, but that didn't work either.
When I tried to "add PIN"(change the existing one), I got a message in the Windows Security window: We couldn't sign you in, my login info, and "The request is not supported" in yellow color. I am logged in with my MS Account, why is that message showing up?
When I tried to change my MS Account password, I got: Something went wrong, Try again or select Cancel to set up your device later (Retry didn't work for me either).
Now my question is "What is that "something" that went wrong, and how can I fix it"?
