Can't Install Windows Cumulative Update KB4557957

Everytime I try to install Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB4557957), and restart, it goes up to 7%, then restarts without ever actually installing the update. In the update history, I get this - "Failed to install on ‎16/‎06/‎2020 - 0xe0000002". I've tried googling the error code relating to windows update, but got no results. I tried manually downloading and installing the  update through the Microsoft Catalogue, but the same result.

Any help is appreciated.

If it doesn't work, Kindly try to use the media creation tool and perform an in-place upgrade. It will definitely help in resolving update errors. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while preserving your personal files, settings and installed applications.
