Cant install this annoying update again. Error 0x8007371b

Error 0x8007371b. When will this be fixed? Can someone help me here?

The error 0x8007371b is caused by wrong version number references in the registry. This is usually resolved by uninstalling the last installed cumulative update and reinstalling it.

Option 1: Uninstall the latest quality update

  • Access Windows RE. To do so, click Start, Power, and then press and hold the Shift key while clicking Restart.

  • Click Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Uninstall Updates.

  • On the next screen, click "Uninstall latest quality update".
