cant install or run national Geographic software in win 10.Worked fine in XP

XP doesn't support long time. All programs which worked fine in old version don't have to work in new one.

Firstly you should check your software systems requirements.

As workaround you can use compatible mode:

This means that the program is too old and cannot be used on this platform.

For more clarification you can always contact the program developer and confirm this.
