Cant Install KB5029351 Update

Dear MS Team,

I cant install the KB5029351 Update. In Update History, it shows error code: 0X800f0922

I have tried several things to resolve the issue:

(following these information, I can not run this command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup)

I have also tried to perform an in place upgrade but doing this via media creation tool and usb, it says: Sorry, we're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 11.

I have checked with the PC Health Check App - and it says my computer can run windows 11 (which is obvious since I am using windows 11 since more then 1 year)..

I paused this update for 5 weeks...but now every time I shutdown / restart windows tries install the update and then rolls back.

Microsoft has begun implementing and releasing Optional preview updates that are typically released on the 3rd or 4th week of every month. These updates allow admins to test the patch before its mandatory launch on Patch Tuesday (2nd week of the month). If you are not experiencing any issues with your system, there is no need to install the preview update.

If you still decide to install it, I recommend to check and try Ramesh's tutorial guide in the link below.

Hi John,

I think there is a missunderstanding, this Update is mandatory and not an optional preview from my understanding. I am not subscribed to any Test-channel. Just using standard microsoft update channel.

I can not prevent my system to try to install the update.

The only mandatory ones are the new updates released every second week of the month (Patch Tuesday) and are not labeled as "Preview". Please wait for new updates to be released later and see if you can install them.
