I have searched every location I can think of but can't find SetPoint.  I downloaded it and installed it but where it went is puzzling.

I use Logitech Mouse and Keyboard..

Do you have you mouse and/or keyboard on and working?

Did you install the right version for your set and computer? The listings are confusing and their are 32 and 64 bit versions available (if indeed they really are different). And they show both new and older versions just differentiated by number. You have to scroll down using "Show All Downloads" to see all versions.

Scroll down here to click "Show All Downloads".

My current version of the installer is SetPoint6.69.126_64.exe
(There are also firmware updates for some models.)

When you installed it did you Right Click on the downloaded file (shown above for mine) and click "Run as Administrator"? If not do so now.

Start - All Files - Logitech
Should be there.

Also on right of Taskbar - the up arrow should show a Logitech Icon.

And Start - type in the Search Box --> Mouse and Keyboard Settings
Find at top and click on it.

Hi Rob,

I have a somewhat similar problem and because you are familiar with Logitech software/hardware I figured I'd ask you. If you think it should be posted separately, please don't hesitate to tell me.

The problem: I can't install Logitech Setpoint6.69.126_64

I'm running Win10 64 ver. 1909 and have just done a Windows Update-in-Place and it didn't solve my problem...

No matter what I do, as Admin or not, with both Bitdefender and Windows Defender off, Windows Defender Core Isolation is off... And yet, the thing won't install.

At the moment, I have a Logitech Performance MX wireless mouse running, but not running well -- skipping, hesitating, etc. Maybe it's approaching end of life... And, on this one year old Dell XPS 8930 I only have Logitech Unifying Sofware 2.50.25 (and also Logitech Webcam 2.80).

I've been communicating with Logitech support, but the higher levels say the software works so it must be something about my computer.

I am quite sure it is something about the settings of my Windows or Dell  install... I'm an experienced user, but after having spent many hours researching this I am nowhere closer to figuring this one out.

Thank you,

JF
