can't adjust the brightness in my ASUS TUF 15 laptop, my windows is in 11

can someone help me? also my camera doesn't work

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The first step is to go to the support page for your laptop on the Asus website, then from there, download and install the version of graphics device drivers they recommend and while there, check for any available BIOS update that may need t be installed.

Is it the function keys on your keyboard that you cannot use to change the brightness or also the brightness slider in the notification area on the Taskbar?

both of it, when i use the function keys at my keyboard it won’t adjust the brightness and when i look for the slider i can’t find it. also my camera won’t work after the update

Hi Maze Nargatan,

Thank you for that information, this is almost definitely caused by the graphics card device driver, I need some more information about your laptop, there are a few different versions of that model, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Thank you for the screenshot, I believe it is the AMD graphics driver causing the problem, check on the AMD website to see if they provide an updates AMD graphics driver
