Cannot unlink my Microsoft account from local Admin account

Hello, I am unable to unlink my personal Microsoft account from the local account on the computer I am using, for some reason the option that would usually be there is just non existent as shown on the picture below. I'm using the latest windows 1909 build as well if anyone was wondering.

Hi Ryan,

You can try this step:

Follow the Microsoft help article to create new user account.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/crea...

After creating a local account, follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.

1. Press Windows + I key.

2. Click on Accounts.

3. In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.

4. Then click on Remove button.

Please let me know if this will help you solve your issue.

Thanks and regards,

I assume you meant going on the Emails & accounts section then onto the Accounts used by other apps, in that case I have tried this before and I am unable to hit remove account on the Microsoft account linked as there is no option, however when I make a dummy account and added it I have an option to remove that dummy account but am still unable to unlink my main Microsoft account (as shown in the pictures below)
