Cannot Open gpedit.msc in Windows 10

I wanted to open gpedit.msc but I am getting the error: "Windows cannot find gpedit.msc". Some are telling that it needs to be downloaded but I cannot find any legit site to download even here in Microsoft.

Hi PJ, if you are running Windows 10 Home, gpedit.msc does not exist and cannot be enabled on that edition of Windows, it is only included in the Pro and Enterprise editions

If there is something you need to do with gpedit, generally there is a registry fix that can do the same thing . . .
