Cannot install Neat Desk not compatible with Windows 7, how do I get this to work on Windows 7. The new version from the supplier, Neat Company doesn't work either.
Help. They say it isn't their software it is this Windows 7 problem. And Gave me all kinds of scenArios to go into system defaults and change i do not want to go into these i do not know what i'm doing. PleASe help i gave $2,000 for this Hp computer with Windows 7 and now I have purchAsed $400. for the Neat Desk to scan receipts for My CPA who is waiting and I still have no receipts scanned i have this new computer, $2,000, new software to scan receipts and enter information on spreadsheet. and I still have nothing to show for buying all this new equipment and spent my money and nothing is working, Why do you keep changing things when something Like XP works, tell me, it is sicking,
Or can someone give me eAsy fix, besides downloading the Xp on my new computer which I don't have that and I guess I will have to purchase that to get this $400.00 Neat Desk to work. I put this on my old HP with XP it worked for awhile ANd then it locked up and now the new software downloADed from the Company The Neat company and it won't even recognize the disk and what is on it. I went to my new computer and it worked for a while, but when I got to the scanner it showed the scanner wAsn't connected, now tell me what should I do. Help.
