I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this issue occurs when there is a miscalibration with your GPU/Graphics driver or there is a problem with .NET framework, what we will do first is to run the clean installation of the display driver, may I know the make and model of your Graphics card? so that I can provide you with steps wherein we will do a clean installation of the graphics card driver.
