Cannot enter PIN on Windows computer, error message: (status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0)

When I try to login to my computer using my pin, it gives me a message saying, "Something went wrong and your pin isn't available (status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0). Click to set up your PIN again." When I click to set it up PIN, it says "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." When I click OK, it just goes back to the lock screen and the process starts over again. I cannot reset the password or create a new account.

Login with password

Go to Settings > Users > Sign-in options

Click Windows Hello PIN

Click "Forgot my PIN" and follow reset instructions :-) worked for me!

I tried everything suggested but no luck. I could not restore to previous date.

I have the same issue today. I cant uae my laptop.

i have the same error message / cose when I input my pin.

I click on reset my pin and nothing happens.

It wouldnt accept my password so I reset it by logging in via my phone.

I set up a new password via my phone and that works fine via my phone - I have fully access to all my microsoft account.

I put my new password into my laptop to log on and it says my password is incorrect.

I am totally stuck. What has happened ? I have no way if getting in/ logging on.

PLEASE HELP.
