Cannot Download Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center Upgrade Installation Media to Match License

Starting Point:  2013 Lenovo IdeaPad pre-installed UEFI w/ Windows 8 OEM software
Upgrade #1:  Microsoft Store free upgrade to Windows 8.1 software
Upgrade #2:  "Add Features to Windows 8.1" upgrade to retail Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center

Goal:  Download Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro installation media (ISO image or USB install) to match its license.

Problem #1:  Download won't work after following links provided in Microsoft Order Summary (below).

Problem #2:  My laptop manufacturer won't provide further support including recovery media after this upgrade since the Windows 8.1 Pro license agreement states (below) that it replaces my existing Windows 8 OEM software license.

Question:  How can I achieve my goal previously stated (above)?

Screenshots of my licensing & upgrade installation attempts follow:

Hi,

Which product key did you use?

You will have to use the Windows 8.1 pro/media center product key to upgrade. I would suggest you to see the following link:

Also refer to the link:

I read your links. I used the Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center Retail Product Key I purchased via the Screenshots in my original post.

As copied from my Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center license agreement, it states "the upgrade or update replaces the original software that you are upgrading or updating."

If I'm not mistaken, my retail purchase of the Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center upgrade (by the language in the license) replaces the Windows 8 & Windows 8.1 OEM software installed by my computer manufacturer who consequently advised me over the phone again today they will no longer support my Windows 8/8.1 OEM software since the new Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center license replaces the old.

The license also states that I'm entitled to keep "a single copy of the software for backup purposes" which I currently do not have.

I attempted to illustrate in the screenshots (of my original post) that the download link & instructions in my Windows Order summary currently will not allow me to download installation media for this license; that being the Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center retail key will not qualify me to download the installation media linked to my Windows Order Summary.

As previously stated in my original post, my goal is to obtain installation media for the Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center retail license which I purchased yesterday.

My current status is that I still do not have installation media for the Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center retail license which I purchased yesterday.

Take note, if you or anyone claiming to represent Microsoft know how to provide me with this installation media, then please advise me accordingly. Otherwise, it may benefit to know I've already spent countless hours on the phone & online chat with Customer Support still without a direct answer.

I'm in the same boat as the user who posted this thread & the Microsoft EULA does seem pretty clear on this one. Are you going to respond in your strive towards excellence?
