cannot create new folder on windows 7

I am missing the option on the desktop to create a new folder.  In folder windows, when I click "New Folder", nothing happens.

Hello Jason,

I'm sorry. FileMenu Tools replaces the Windows new folder with either a Create New Folder line, or a swing-out menu labeled FileMenu Tools, within which is Create New Folder.

 

Hopefully that straightens things out for you.  Let me know if this fixes the issue for you.
