cannot create new file in Windows 10

For you to copy your files, apps and settings from user to another, follow the steps below:

Note: You will have to log-in to the computer using the account with the an administrator privileges to move or copy files from one account to other.

1. Open the File Explorer by pressing Windows+E.
2. On the left pane, click on This PC.
3. Click on Local Disk (C:), then go to the Users folder.
4. Click on the account that you want to copy files from.
5. Right-click on the files/folders/programs and select Copy.
6. Go back and access the Users folder again.
7. Click on the name of the new user account folder you want to copy files to.
8. Right-click on it and select Paste.
