Cannot connect to internet after performing "Network reset" [SOLVED]

Hi everyone. 

I'm (well - I was) connecting to internet using USB 4G modem: ZTE MF821. Was trying resolve some minor network problem and performed "Network reset". After that I reinstalled software fir my USB modem and since then I can't connect to the internet. 

Before I had no problems with connection but now doesn't mater what I'm trying to do I can't get access to the internet.

I'm attaching some screenshots to get you better understanding of issue.

I would uninstall the modem software, disconnect the modem, restart, then try reconnect, try reinstall the modem using compatibility modem: http://techingiteasy.wordpress.com/2013/07/08/using-compatibility-mode-in-windows-8-1/

Thanks for advise, somehow I managed to solve the problem performing "Network reset" again. 

Have no idea why it didn't work before.

So  my problem is officially SOLVED.
