It's unable to view in the screenshot provided on what the Display language is set to .
please check the following
Verify Language Settings:
In the same "Language" settings, make sure "English" is set as your preferred language and is marked as "Set as my default."
Administrative Language Settings:
In the "Language" settings, click on "Administrative language settings."
Click "Change system locale."
Select "English (United States)" (or your desired English variant) from the list and click "OK."
Hope that works for you.
