Cannot boot up computer - get blue screens

Please help me. I cannot boot my computer normally. I can get past the windows logo, but once it gets to where i can login, the screen is all black so i cant login. Then after a few seconds it gets a blue screen error or it just shuts down.

I have already tried startup repair but nothing helps! I have a paper due I really need some assistance please,

I did system restore as well and that didnt help

Hello,

I realize that you are facing issues with your windows 7 computer to boot. You are getting blue screens and the startup repair has also failed. On the screen shot attached I see you are getting an error code c000021a {fatal error system}. Also you are getting and error ‘physical memory dump complete’.

I would suggest you to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic to make sure there isn't a problem with the RAM. For details please refer to the link below.
