I have no experience with this device but if you go to their website they don't mention any OS systems so it would seem (supposedly) it should work on all.
However, if you search for The Photostick in your favourite search engine you will see many reviews on this product (specifically Amazon). Many purchasers have mentioned it doesn't work for whatever reason; along with the lack of support from the company
and on the other hand there are also happy buyers. If you want to go down the route of getting it to work as advertised, it would be better to contact their tech support instead of this community :-).
I would stick with the tried and true manual copy and paste to a dedicated thumb drive or portable HDD. It may take a bit more time but at least you'll know you'll end up with all your media intact.
