can someone help me with this dism log i tried to install media future pack but there wa an error 14107

CBS log will give a hint.

Let us find the root cause of the problem.

To simplify things, please download and let the pack fail once. It will leave a trace for the failure.

Then, do the following:

Open your File Explorer and go to your system drive, which is commonly C drive.

Navigate to Windows>Logs>CBS folder.

You may need to check the Hidden items option under the View tab in tool bar to show the Logs folder.

Right-click on the CBS.log file and select Copy.

Paste it to your desktop.

Go to your OneDrive account and upload CBS.log from the Desktop.


Share the link of the CBS log and post it in the next reply.

Hi,

Help was not provided in the CBS logs.
Please try a repair install as the next step. It keeps everything, including apps and files, and reinstalls Windows.

Repair Install Windows 11 using an ISO file

1. Download Windows 11 ISO file from the following link:

2. Under Download ISO file, select Windows 11.

3. Click Download and choose the Language in which Windows is installed.

4. Click 64-bit Download to start the download.

5. When downloaded, open the ISO file, and run Setup.exe to start the upgrade.
