Can not sign in to microsoft store and can not play any paid games because of it

Can not sign in to microsoft store and can not play any paid games because of it. Also the microsoft support website wont open and microsoft.com takes too long to respond, when signing in to Microsoft Store by pc it loads a screen which says just a moment and it never successfully loads getting stuck on the same till the pc shuts down, the Microsoft website is painfully slow with the Microsoft support website not even loading and if it does it exhibits the same issue as the Microsoft Store with the unnamed window infinitely saying just a moment with blue circling dots. I am writing this from the phone where the website is still slow but atleast support works. Haven't been able to play many paid games or access paid apps due to this issue. PLS HELP

Understanding your problem, everything about Microsoft won't open!

Please correct me if I misunderstood

Try creating a new local account to test if the issue is due to a user profile.

In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Accounts > Other Users.

Under “Add another user”, select “Add account”.

To create a local account, select the option “Add a user without a Microsoft account”.

Follow the instructions to complete the account setup and set it as an administrator account.

Restart your computer and log in to the account to test it

If it doesn't work, it may be because the system is missing some service or component from Microsoft that is causing the problem, which I have also encountered.

Try an override (in-place upgrade) of the system to fix it.
