Can I windows 11 pro license for parallels (mac) on to my new PC I'm building?

I bought an iMac last year, i also bought parallels to use some windows stuff, I also had to buy a windows 11 pro license to run on it. Parallels was a big mistake and i never use it (as was the mac really) so I'm building a decent PC that will work with Windows 11. I just assumed i could delete parallels and reinstall my windows 11 pro on my PC using the key i purchased. Is this true? I do hope so as i've maybe totalled up 2 hours on parallels in the past year and would very much like to get my moneys worth for a windows 11 pro key on a decent PC.

Hi,
I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
If you have a retail Windows 11 license, you can use it on another device.

If you have an OEM Windows 11 license, this license can only be used on that device (Parallels Virtual Machine)
