Nobody really knows for sure, because Office 2007 isn't supported on Windows 11. Being not supported means that no one from Microsoft has tested it on Windows 11.
So it might work just fine ... or it might not.
If it seems to be working, it might continue that way for weeks or months or years ... or it may suddenly stop working properly or stop working at all.
Being not supported also means that if Office 2007 stops working properly, Microsoft has no official fixes for you.
So you're depending on other people's experiences with Office 2007 on Windows 11, and you'll be depending on other people for help when something goes wrong. There's no right answer. It's really up to you.
If you prefer modern software that is supported, you can subscribe to Office 365. Or you can try one of the many free office programs from other developers. Some of them are really good. Or you can try the free version of Microsoft Office, which doesn't have all the features of Office 365 - but maybe you don't need all the features of Office 365.
