Can anyone halp me repair my windows 11? sfc /scannow doesnt work, updates dont work etc

Hello,

My laptop started acting strange, it refuses to update, error 0x800B0109 constantly appears.

sfc /scannow shows the following error:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at

windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline

repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

shows error

Image Version: 10.0.22631.3296

[== 3.8% ]

Error: 1450

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

despite plenty of memory free, over 30gb

ive literally tried everything, but i really dont want to lose any of my settings by doing a hard reset

any ideas?

KB5046732 is an optional preview update that does not need to be installed, and the optional preview updates can be very difficult to install, they are like beta updates, the best option is to turn off the switch labelled 'Get Windows updates as soon as they are released' below that update, then restart your PC and you can click the X on that update to stop it trying to install.

You will then continue getting the normal monthly Windows 11 updates, and the full release version of that update will be released later today as the December patch Tuesday update.
