Hi Sachin,

Thank you for choosing Windows 8 and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

As per the description provided, it looks like you are trying to find the snapped photos location on your computer.

By default, the camera app saves all your snapped photos in a folder called Camera Roll in your Pictures library.

Hi Sachin,

Thank you for the update.

1. Is it an inbuilt webcam?
2. What is the make and model of the computer?

I have this issue also. They are not saving to my camera roll. I take a picture and when I click on it and view it, I can edit it, and save it. I hit save and it is gone. not in my camera roll, not in the photos folder, and not on Onedrive where my settings indicate my photos are suppose to be copied to.

Any help would be great, thanks

The webcam does not save photos taken in Camera Roll in Windows 10.  Where are they?

I have the same problem. In Windows 10, under accounts, your info there is a camera. I take pictures and it says it saved them. Where I don't know. I've looked in every folder on my laptop and the one drive folders. I have checked every single folder and can not find those pictures. Got any idea's?  I'm using a Dell Inspiron 5567 with a built in web cam.
