Calendar Reminders are no longer working

I upgraded to Windows 10 with very few problems, but I have one that I just can't figure out. I use Hallmark Card Studio 2015 and their Event Planner (calendar) software to keep track of all my appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I set it to remind me up to 7 days prior to an event. It's wonderful and I love it. With Windows 10, however, the reminders don't seem to work. I would sure appreciate any input on how to get this working. The folks at Hallmark suggested I contact you.

How exactly did you download the software? Was it from Microsoft store?

I suggest you to try checking if the same issue occurs in different user account.

Also you can try to uninstall and reinstall the software and check if the issue persists.

Alternatively, you can also use Calendar app which is an build in app in Windows 10.

How do I import information from my Hallmark Event Planner calendar into the Windows calendar? I will use the Windows one if I can get all my information plugged into it.
