Calendar and mail not working at all

Same problem for me in Windows 10 Mobile and Desktop. (surface pro 3 and two L950XL)

I reinstalled my Surface with image recovery, update all but no improvement. Problem persist with Mail and Calendar.

I factory reset my Lumia 950XL, update all but no improvement. Problem persist with Mail and Calendar.

Tools used:

Surface Image Recovery

Windows 10 Anniversary Update clean ISO

Windows device recovery tool.

My wife have same issue in her windows 10 laptop and L950XL smartphone.

i am having the same problems with the computer and also with my phone an Lumia 950 XL  the email , calendar and everything related vanished suddenly, when try of   watch the accounts on the hamburger menu  just there is no accounts althought the system on  settings, your e mail and accounts   are my accounts there but outlook do not watch them at all, i have done hard reset  twice to my phone and do not occur nothing, looks like what can do while seek an solution to the fail of tuesday patch , the only  solution  is that   when do hard reset set the store to  turn off   update apps automatically when i´m on wi-fi and avoid  update the outlook mail and calendar if appear on the update list    stop the update or download , this sounds weird but also avoid update to the  release of windows mobile that was released on tuesday also and stay on  the version 1511 compilation 10.0.10586.318 because looks that the last update is the buggest one , i am very dissapointed about this mobile operative system , since windows 7.8 that have not been that buggier, and looks like insiders do not really helps at all to the platform than  just wait or by compulsion download an technical preview  without any technical knowledge and  have to say amen to any  set back that the  platform do at this  part of the development of the system do not see the point of have  civilian people testing betas and  only should test experts and not an person that just know how to turn on and off an computer and believes that the only solution to any problem on windows is solved by c: format

Also the corrupted file  is an very weird thing, in an mobile if were an corrupt file that would mean that  the unit sold are defective in terms of hardware or two the file  got corrupt while  was downloaded but is odd  since  there is system to  detect such situations and    show to user  "update failed"  to make start again the update.

also i am not insider anymore since have nothing to do with an beta operative system or have any thing to suggest to  the development  team.
