To convert from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 LTSC, you will need to purchase a license for Windows 11 LTSC and perform a clean installation of the operating system. This means that you will need to back up your data and perform a fresh installation of Windows 11 LTSC on your computer. I do want to remind you though - Windows 11 LTSC is not available for purchase yet. It is supposed to be released second half of this year.

Emily, thank you for your response. I am buying an HP laptop from HP. I will try to have Windows 10 LTSC installed instead of Windows 11 before delivery. If that fails, I should be able to the convert to Windows 11 LTSC when it is released.
