burning photos to cd

I burned multiple photos to cd in numerical order but when I finished they were scrambled out of sequence. How do I get them back in numerical order? I prefaced each photo with 001, 002, 003, etc

You should just need to change the sorting option, open the CD in file explorer, right click on a blank space, go to Sort By > Name.

The cd only opens in the D drive. I don't have the file explorer option. But thanks anyway.

Ok, it should be the same idea. Just right click to open the menu and you should be able to sort the files.

It won't let me use "#". When I try to delete "name" it won't do it.

Could you explain a little further what you mean by delete “name”

Once you have burned the CD you can’t change any of the file names if that is what you are trying to do?

name is an option in "group by". I want to use # so it will list in sequense, but the name option won't close

Ok I understand, # is track number for use with music cd only.

Name will still sort by a-z and 1-9
