buddha.dll disappears even after replaced clean file

buddha.dll disappears even after replaced clean file, literally why?

When I was on windows 7 I used to play this game without this error. Now when I had upgraded to windows 10 nothing happens, game doesn't start. When compared the files just after installation and just after trying to open the game, only this "buddha.dll" file I found missing. Without this file I was not able to open the game.

What I have:

Sleeping Dogs (the game) 

windows 10 

and everything normal..........

This issue could occur due to compatibility problem and missing/corrupted system files that happened while upgrading/updating Windows 10. We suggest that you try to uninstall/reinstall the application. If the issue persists, run these following methods of troubleshooting: 

Method 1: Run SFC Scan.  

To run an SFC scan, follow these steps:  

  1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.  

  2. Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.  

This will check and run an auto-repair on the issue.  

Method 2: Run DISM Tool.  

After running the SFC scan and the issue still persist, run the DISM to check the system health and to try restoring the files. To run DISM tool, follow these steps:  

  1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator.  

  2. Type the following command:  

    1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth  

    2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth  

NOTE: This might take a while to finish scanning. Do not cancel.

Buddha.dll cannot simply be dropped in.  It is installed by a game.  Re-installing that game should fix the issue

Actually I tried it many a times, but as I open the exe file the only thing that disappears is that buddha.dll
