Hi,

1.    Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?

2.    What is the make and model of the computer and device?

Method 1:

I would suggest you to update the Bluetooth peripheral device and check if it helps:

a)      Click on Start button.

b)      In the search box type devmgmt.msc and then press Enter.

c)       Select the Bluetooth peripheral device and right click on it

d)      Now select Update.

e)      Restart your computer.

If the issue still persists, you may check for an updated driver from the manufacturer and install the latest version.

Refer:

Method 2:

Test the issue in clean boot mode.

Note: Also, see the section on how to return your computer to a Normal startup mode by following the steps under “Reset the computer to start as usual”.

Method 3:

Start the Bluetooth Support service.
a. Click Start, type “Services.msc” without quotes and press Enter.
b. Double-click Bluetooth Support service.
c. Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to automatic.
d. Click Start to start the service. Note down the error message if any.
e. Click OK.
