BSOD - Page Error in Nonpaged Area after installing new updates

Hi today (and previously, but most recently from today) I have tried downloading the two most recent updates (KB4541335 and KB4551762) I get a BSOD. The only way I fix it is by uninstalling the update(s). I don't know why this is happening. Is there a fix that I can do?
Hello ReilleyLambert, I am Andrew an independent advisor. It is possible the update is not compatible with something in your system. Since it is causing a BSOD it is more than likely a driver causing the problem. More ofthen than not it can be fixed, however I will need to see the last producted error file called a dump file. Can you find and upload it in your reply so I can see what is causing the error. It is located in C:\Windows\Minidump

Thank You,
Andrew

Hi ReilleyLambert, my apologies I did not fully explain. You may take the dump file, upload it to your free Microsoft One Drive account then insert the shared URL in your reply so i may access the file.

Hi Reilley, thank you for the dump file. It indicates your problem is from a file called ArcCtrl.sys
Do you have any software provided by ArcSoft? My suggestion to you is to uninstall it then try to update again. If you're unsure of software provided by ArcSoft you can see a list of software they provide here:

This used to be a shared computer. I looked through my programs (through add or remove programs in windows settings) and it wasn't there. I did do a general search and found a folder for it filled with data files. How would I go about uninstalling it if it doesn't appear in the add or remove programs? Do I just remove the folder?

Hi Reilley, if the programs aren't found in the Add/Remove programs, the start menu and there is no .exe files in these folders they're probably left over junk from a previously removed program. You should be ok to remove this folder which should solve your issue as well.

Take Care :)

Hi Andrew,

Sorry to bother you again. After deleting those files and then trying to update it appears there might be another issue preventing me updating.

Here is a new minidump file:

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkpfWLNNzzmkyBfXmBCiEZwuRm_t?e=4X7mQZ

I found some more files lingering around but that still didn't fix it. Here is an updated link

Also am I supposed to delete the ArcCtrl.sys? If so how am I supposed to?

Thank you for helping me,

Reilley
