BSOD on first boot-up every time (Windows 11)

Recently completed a build, every time I boot up for the first time, I get memory_management BSOD shortly after logging into windows, after the restart, my login window has a blue background instead of the normal image, and then I can login and use my computer normally.

My current build:

-MSI Pro Z790-A MAX
-Intel Core i9-14900K
-Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16) DDR5-6000 CL36
-Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2 TB M.2

*I have tested my RAM using memtest86 and windows memory diagnostic tool and did not encounter any errors.

Below is a link to a zip file with 5 minidump files. WhoCrashed doesn't really give any good info on what is causing the blue screens other than a memory issue. Again, ran 4 tests on memtest86 with no errors.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP file, there is an error vbvoicemeetervaio64_win10.sys, this is from Voicemeeter app or driver, if you have a similar app, I suggest to uninstall the driver or app then check the PC again.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard
