BSOD ERROR : Second Monitor as Projected Extend

Hi all,

When I want to use my Smart TV which is of Samsung brand as a second monitor which I projected in a extend category.

I am attaching the second via HDMI cable, and its connected and work as expected but after some time may be around 40 to 50 minutes BSOD error occurs and throws random error like BugCheck, Critical, IQRL error.

My machine windows and drivers are upto date, when I use my machine without second monitor I dont face any BSOD error

Can some help me out this why it is happening.

Some weeks before I do the services of my machine also.

Minidump file for ref: 122724-16015-01.dmp

Thanks

Ravi

Hello, I'm here to help.

The information you have provided indicates a problem with the system kernel, usually caused by a driver, which we need to verify further. Please first create a restore point for your system, then please refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw... to enable driver verifier. In the third step select "Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer", wait for a couple of new blue screens and then collect 2-3 new dump files and share the new dump files with me.
If the computer has any automatic overclocking features enabled (including XMP, PBO, etc.) or manual overclocking, please restore the defaults first.

Driver verifier puts heavy pressure on the drivers in your system to troubleshoot drivers that are in poor condition or misbehaving. It is normal for your computer to run slowly after driver verifier is turned on. The computer will also crash more frequently and generate dump files during this process.
If your system fails to boot after driver verifier is turned on or enough dump files are generated, please restore via the restore point.

Hi Sakiko

Thanks for reply.

I done which you are saying, when I done that then my restore point was also corrupted and I was not able to restore my machine so I have to install new fresh windows and other software, its takes time to that.

Sorry, I don't follow this approach, is there any other way.

This BSOD errors doesn't come before means last year, but this issues started some months later, earlier I used second monitor as extend projected.

Why this problems occurs all machine drivers and windows is up to date.

Please share some other way that I can fix this issues.

Thanks

Hello, this could only be a hardware error if you have tried reinstalling the system before.
When you connect only one monitor, does the BSOD not appear no matter which socket is connected?
