BSOD diagnosis

Is someone able to assist in diagnosing why my PC keeps getting BSODs?

I built my own PC a few years back (in mid 2020), but only really use it once a week or less at the moment. However, every month or two I will get a BSOD, typically one of the following as far as I can remember:

- IQRL_not_less_or_equal (this is the one I recall happening to most often).

- kernal_security_check_failure

- memory_management

Today's Memory_management BSOD occured upon boot, but the other types usually happen at random as far as I'm able to tell, although rarely (if ever) while I'm gaming.

I usually check for windows updates and update GPU drivers and the like whenever these occur but everything seems to be up to date. I downloaded Malwarebytes and it has given me the all-clear.

I'm even running MemTest5 (on anta777 config) to see if that reveals any RAM issues, but I'm fairly inexperienced and would definitely like some assistance.

Here's a zip file of all the mini dumps I could find:

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is hardware_ram, this means there is a problem with the RAM itself or the RAM slot on the motherboard, in this case, I suggest trying to remove all RAM and retain only 1 then repeat all the process to check what RAM is not working fine, however, if the issue persists, I highly suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device as it is a hardware problem, it might need a RAM replacement or just need to clean the motherboard.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard

Thanks Bernard,

I am doing this now - I've taken one stick out, running MemTest5 again (planning on leaving the test running overnight for each stick).

I also think I had my RAM speed set to the default 2133 MHz instead of the 3200 MHz advertised for the sticks, so I've changed that too - not sure if that will have any impact.

Will update if I get any more errors.

Cheers,

Hadley
