BSoD "Critical Process Died" PLEASE HELP

Every single time I start up my PC it welcomes me with a BSoD saying "Critical Process Died". Like I don't even see the log in screen it instantly blue screens. I have searched tutorial after tutorial and nothing has helped. All I know is yesterday it was working just fine and then my brother turned it off and now it won't let me back in.

Can you log in to the system?

Check the path windows\minidump and see if there are some dmp files in, if yes upload them in your onedrive and share here the link

Did you have devices connected to the pc? If yes, try to disconnect them

I cannot log into the system, instead, it immediately blue screens and takes me to a trouble shoot page. Here I can access the command prompt but that's roughly it.

I also did try to disconnect every USB item and start the computer, but nothing changed unfortunately.

can you share additional details about the blue screen? there is some code or reported file?
