Hi,

You get a blue screen error 0x00000050, PAGE__FAULT__IN__NONPAGED__AREA.

The issue might because of some drivers.

Do you have any Symantec software installed in the computer?

To verify if the issue is with the drivers, I would suggest you to follow the steps in the site mentioned:

Resolving stop (blue screen) errors in Windows 7

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

Note: When you perform a system restore to a previous state, the programs and updates installed thereafter will be removed.

Note:  While checking a drive for errors, if bad sectors are found then the system tries to repair the sector. Any data available might be lost. Hence take a backup of data.

Note: When a drive is formatted, all the information in it will be deleted.

Step 1: To boot into Windows Recovery Environment, refer to the following link:

What are the system recovery options in Windows 7?

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/What-are-the-system-recovery-options-in-Windows-7

Expand “To open the System Recovery Options menu using the Windows 7 installation disc or a USB flash drive, or a system repair disc” in the above article.

Step 2: When at the system recovery options, select Command Prompt from the list of tools.

Step 3: While at the command prompt, type the following commands and press enter after each command.

F:

chkdsk /f/r

Note: F is the drive letter for the hard drive. Change it to the appropriate one.

Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.

It would be helpful for us to identify the problem if you could upload the dump file.

You can use the Sky-drive to upload the dump file. Refer the link for the steps on how to upload file to Sky-drive.

The location of the dump file is C:\Windows\Minidump\.

Hope this helps. If the issue persists or if you face any Windows issues in future, let us know and we would be glad to assist you.
