BSOD 0x00000139 by ntoskrnl.exe Playing Diablo IV

hello,
I just upgraded my old pc and im getting constantly random bsod's and black screen leading reboot my pc.

Windows 11 fresh install
My specs are:
ASUS b560m PLUS TUF Gaming
i7 10700F (Turbo boost OFF)
2x8GB Corsair LPX DDR4-3000MHz (XMP)
Galax 3060 Ti GPU
SSD Kingston 500GB
PSU XPG 750w Gold

i've already tested my ram with memtest86 and got no erros.

Besides the vgk.sys, the minidump files indicated dxgmms2.sys which is related to the display driver and Memory-Corruption (RAM) but in your original post you mentioned that you have already used Memtest and DDU. However, this time install an older version of the graphics card driver. Sometimes, older versions work more smoothly rather than the latest ones.

If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Turn off the XMP profile or set it to Auto.
