BOOTMGR is missing. Can't press F8 or Del, or F5.

I have purchased a Dell XPS laptop recently with preinstalled WIN 7 OS. It worked well for 2-3 days. 2 days back when I power on the laptop, I am getting the message "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctl+Alt+Del to restart". I have searched in online but everyone was saying F8 to go to advanced options. But I could press only F2 & F12. I can't press any other keys to activate.

Can any one of you help me ?
