Bluetooth wont connect

Hi Support. I have problem with connecting my JBL Flip 5 Speaker via bluetooth. though it was paired to my PC. when i tried to connect it, it wont go through. i have the latest windiows. hope you can help me with my problem

I'm really sorry about that. May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop, or your Desktop's motherboard?

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.

In the System Summary section, look for the following:

System Summary: View general information such as the operating system version, processor details, and installed memory (RAM).
BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.
BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

Thank you for the confirmation. Your motherboard doesn't have bluetooth. May I ask if you have an external bluetooth adapter installed?
