Bluetooth not detected on new customer build

I just built my pc and it is not detecting my Bluetooth. I have a 403 error code. I have tried updating the driver and the uninstalling and it hasn’t worked. Under device manager only Bluetooth I see is Generic Bluetooth Adapter. The device status shows “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43. Please advice

Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

What is the model of your motherboard?

Access the device manager > Bluetooth > Generic Bluetooth adapter > Properties > Details > check the Hardware ID box, take a screenshot and post it here.

Hi ,

Uninstall the Bluetooth driver in the device manager and select the delete driver option and open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer

After restarting the computer, install the drivers below.
