What is the make and model of your computer?
Have you checked for updated chipset drivers for your make and model?
Also, some manufacturers will provide separate Bluetooth drivers.

If you’re having problems sharing files over Bluetooth, here are some things to try to fix it:

Windows supports the Bluetooth Object Push Profile (OPP), which it uses when sending and receiving files. Make sure the other device supports the OPP profile too. To receive a file, you need to be on the Waiting for connection screen in Bluetooth File Transfer on your PC. Here’s how to get to it:
Select the Start button > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Send or receive files via Bluetooth.
In Bluetooth File Transfer, select Receive files.
When sending and receiving files, make sure both your PC and the other device stay on and don’t go to sleep.
Other things you can try:
Press Windows key + R
Type: services.msc
Hit Enter
Scroll down to Bluetooth Support Service
Right click it
Click Properties
Under the General tab
Click in the Startup type: listbox
Choose Automatic
Click Start
Click Apply then OK
Restart your computer then check if its working.
Other things you can try include the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
Press Windows key + X
Click Control
Open Troubleshooting
Click Hardware and Sound
Click Bluetooth
Follow the on screen wizard
When complete, Restart your computer.
Press Windows key + X
Click Device Manager
Expand Bluetooth
Right click each entry then click Properties
Select the driver tab, click Rollback if its not grayed out.
If it is grayed out, right click Bluetooth driver then click uninstall
Restart your computer then check if its working again.
If not, remove any other Bluetooth devices since they might be causing interference .
