Bluetooth keyboard keeps disconnecting

Hey,

I have a problem with my work PC. it's a surface studio and several times a day the radio communications from the device to the studio stops. I normally have to wait, play with the batteries. try to navigate to the setting to run the troubleshooter (without typing: hardmode) to fix it. everytime I run the troubleshooter, it 'fixes' the issue. then it comes backs hours later. the keyboard is fully charged, the pen is fine, the mouse is fine its just the keyboard.

Ive tried disconnecting it via the Bluetooth (and had to attach ALL THE DEVICES since they all unsynced then) and the problem remains.

I get the feeling a windows update has caused this since I didn't have this issue before my maternity leave so nothing new has happened with the PC.
