Hi, my name is Jan and I'm here to help you. This is probably related to a driver issue for your wireless headphones or the Laptop's Bluetooth settings. Here are some things you can try.
1. Search for "Bluetooth"
Select "Bluetooth settings and other devices"
Select your wireless headphones from the list
Click Remove device
Tap Yes.
Open Device Manager
Press the Windows key + X
Then select Device Manager
Click "View"
Check the box "Show hidden devices"
Expand Bluetooth
Then right-click on your Bluetooth device
Then uninstall all drivers related to your wireless headphones
Restart your computer.
Make sure your wireless headphones are set to pairing mode. Refer to your wireless headphones manual on how to put your device into pairing mode.
Then try to pair your wireless headphones again.
2. Try to change the Laptop Bluetooth Power Management Settings.
Open Device Manager
Press the Windows key + X
Then select Device Manager
Expand Bluetooth
Then select the Laptop's built-in Bluetooth driver
Right-click on the Bluetooth driver
and select Properties
Under the Power Management Tab
Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
then click OK
