Hi ,Ms_Peachy
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
You can try some things on this issue:
Right-click the speaker icon on the taskbar and select Sounds.
In the playback tab, deselect Headset Hands-Free (low audio quality option), and select headset stereo (high audio quality option) as the default device.
If the stereo option is not available, you can add the Bluetooth device again.
Open settings, devices, select Bluetooth and other devices, and click Add Bluetooth or other devices. Click Bluetooth to connect your Bluetooth headset\headset with the PC.
After adding the device, make sure that the stereo option is selected.
Select Apply, OK, and save the changes.
restart your computer.
Or pause other things that are using Bluetooth.
The problem of poor Bluetooth audio quality may be caused by poor bandwidth. If you have multiple devices using Bluetooth at the same time, your Bluetooth headset\headset may not have enough bandwidth. In this case, the audio quality may be low.
I hope this reply could address your question, or if you will have any further question on it, please feel free to let me know.
