Bluetooth earplugs won't connect to Laptop

I recently got a pair of TAOTRONICS SoundLibery 53 2020 wireless earbuds. I'm having trouble connecting them to my laptop. It shows that it's 'connecting' with the laptop, but it never happens and shows an error. I've tried many things, but it's not working. I can easily connect it to my phone, so I know nothing is wrong with the earbuds.
