Kindly try running the Bluetooth Troubleshooter in Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot, or to locate this:
- Open Start Menu.
- Type and search for "Troubleshoot settings". Open it.
- In the right pane, if you can't see the said troubleshooter or no recommended troubleshooter is listed, click on Additional troubleshooters.
- Now, look for the said troubleshooter and click it.
- Click on "Run the troubleshooter"
If that doesn't help, try restarting the Bluetooth support service if possible:
- Open Start Menu.
- Type and search for "Services", then open it.
- Find the Bluetooth Support service in the list of services.
- Right-click on it. Click on Restart.
- Next right-click on it and select Properties, go to General Tab and in the Startup Type option, click the drop down list and choose Automatic.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Restart your computer.
If that doesn't still help, try searching for latest Bluetooth driver and BIOS update as well from your PC's manufacturer support website. Download them, if any. Install the latest Bluetooth driver first and if that doesn't sort the issue, try updating the BIOS by following the guide on how to install BIOS update from the said support website. If BIOS has been successfully updated and the issue still occurs, try installing the latest Bluetooth driver again and see if that would now sort the issue.
