Bluescreen and then strange boot screen

I was just booting my computer this morning when it suddenly showed a bluescreen (Too fast to get a picture of and it didn't leave a minidump) but then it booted me to a strange boot screen I haven't ever seen before.

Does my computer have a Virus or something? My antivirus doesn't say there is anything and the computer continued to boot normally once I exited out of this strange screen.

Thank you for any help.

Hi Jude,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That indicates a problem with your BIOS, rest assured, it is not an indication of malware on your PC.

If your PC will now start normally and boot into Windows, you have nothing further to do, it was probably just a temporary glitch in BIOS.

To check that I understand, the bluescreen was caused by the Bios glitch and the strange screen was a recovery screen of some sort?

Fair enough.

Is there anything I can do to make it less likely in the future (Any commands I can run?) Or is it a purely hardware problem?

Hi Jude,

That is correct, most likely, Windows was updating drivers in the background, this is unlikely to ever happen again, you have nothing to worry about, you do not have a hardware problem.
