Q: Blue Screen when booting, safe mode doesn't work, and neither does the suggested solution. STOP:0x0000006B (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000) PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED This thread is locked from future replies

A few days ago, when playing a video game, the mouse cursor suddenly bugged out. It returned a few minutes later, but patches of the mouse were spotty. As I was done for the day, I shut it down.

The next day, when I turned it back on, it hung on the Starting Windows screen and I got a BSOD.

STOP:0x0000006B (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000) PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

I tried to go into safe mode, but when loading files, it hung on classpnp.sys.

I looked up the BSOD and attempted to delete my bootcat.cache file. Upon restart, the laptop still bluescreened with the same error message.

I've tried everything I could, but I can't seem to find a way to login to my account and use my laptop.

You need to try the methods in the troubleshooters I posted for the AutoFailOver
and other issues. And as it says, you probably need technical support.

This is a serious error and "may" not be repairable without professional tech
support from a real computer shop (not leeks and peeks at a BestBuy or other
BigBox Stores) or your System maker's Support.

Hope this helps.
