Blue screen of death (BOSD)

Hi, I built a pc for many months ago. Ever since I bought my PC, I got blue screen. I've tried the memory diagnostic tools and it said that there was something wrong. so I took out all the ram chips and test every one for himself, and then stood there was nothing wrong with them. I got "Memory management, win32k.sys and non paged area" on BOSD.. Ive also got somthing with the videocard. But I sendt my video card in to the manufacturer and got a new one. can anyone help? the last BOSD I got..

Have you disabled the onboard video on the motherboard? If not, it and your discrete video card could be conflicting. The same applies to a sound card if you have a discrete one of those too.

My dvi is conected to the video card ( gigabyte GeForce 560 gtx). I when to reliability history on Action center and 13 messages and it says, video hardware error and windows stoped working ..
